Welcome Center + Lemon Bay Market

Building 1 features our Welcome Center. Visit our guest center for help during your stay and advice on nearby excursions. Whether you need a snack for the beach or forgot your toothbrush, we’ve got you covered in our Market. Relax in the evenings at the inviting outdoor fire pits and grill up your favorite vacation foods at one of our barbecue centers. Grilling areas boast gourmet grills and a pizza oven with beautiful views of the resort grounds.

Building 2 offers beautiful suite with kitchens containing cooktop, refrigerators, and microwaves. Units 101-105 are first level gulf front units with walkout patios. Units 201-205 are second level gulf front unit with balconies. Units 106-108 and 206-208 are located poolside.

Rooms 109 - 111

Building 3 features units 109, 110, 111. Unit 109 is one bedroom one bath unit with a gulf front view, this unit is also poolside to the South Pool. Unit 110 is two bedroom (one king, one queen) one bath unit with a gulf front view. Unit 111 is two bedroom two bath suite. Bedroom 1 features a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 features two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom.

Building 18 features bayside units 145, our Family Lodge and unit 146. The Family Lodge is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home. The lodge features a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, queen bedroom and bunk room (triple twins). This unit has a full chef's kitchen, outdoor grilling station, and fire pit. Unit 146 is a one bedroom, one bath suite featuring a kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator and microwave.
