Where do we park at the resort?

Each unit receives and assigned parking space at no charge.

Do you offer boat slips?

Boat slips are available for guests to rent and can accommodate up to 24-foot vessels. Each of our three docks have power, water, and fish cleaning stations. For more information, please contact Guest Services (941) 474-3431. Advance reservation for the boat slip is required. Cancellation policy applies to boat slip reservations. Your boat, accessories and contents, and any property or valuables you bring are left entirely at your own risk.

When is sea turtle nesting season?

May 1 – Oct 31

During sea turtle nesting season all units facing the beach must keep blinds closed at dusk and keep balcony lights off so hatchlings and nesting sea turtles do not become disoriented. Do not use flashlights, fishing lanterns or flash photograph and do not approach sea turtles. Enjoy the sand but refill holes and removes all chairs, toys, and other obstructions from the beach at night.

Is the resort pet friendly?

Small dog-friendly units are available. No more than two (2) dogs may occupy a unit and there is a limit of 25 pounds per dog. Your dog must be on-leash at all times when outside of your unit. Charlotte County Regulations prohibit dogs on the beach. Note: Service Dogs are exempt from the restrictions.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check -in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be approved in advance by Guest Services and may incur an extra charge.

What is the cancellation policy?

The advance deposit is non-refundable if the reservation in canceled.  Due to our location, we are occasionally subjected to inclement weather or Red Tide, which is out of our control. If one of these occurs our usual cancellation policy may apply.
